In addition to the Requirements listed in the Introduction, FileUpEE is dependent on the Microsoft XML parser(MSXML) and Windows HTTP Services(WinHTTP).
MSXML is distributed with various Microsoft products. If you do not have the following dlls on your web and file servers, please go to the Microsoft knowledgebase article "List of Microsoft XML Parser (MSXML) versions" for information on how to obtain the MSXML libraries:

The system DLL WinHTTP(winhttp.dll) must also be installed on your web and file servers in order for FileUpEE to work.
All of these files are typically found in "C:\WINDOWS\System32" as part of other Microsoft product distributions.
